My name is Diana Bobzener, and I grow, harvest and blend my own tisanes from herbs on my small, country property nestled in between the Kawartha Lakes in Ontario, Canada. Tisane is the name for purely herbal teas. I share my tisanes with you as a culinary and horticultural art piece - each plant hand sown, grown, tended, pruned, harvested and dried. Each tisane is blended with my best intention to honor the herbs and their flavors; combining some well known herbs with sustainable, indigenous species to Eastern Ontario.
